Milelli's Auto Service & Towing

Took my car there for noise that was going on with my brakes after they were changed. They were able to fix the car promptly and kept me informed during the day. It ended up being the rear brake pads after another shop installed new brakes. Leaving 3 stars because the price was high. Just to change the rear pads cost $278. They charged one hour of labor which is pretty expensive. Just to put in reference Honda changed front pads for $195 with labor and OEM pads. They installed power stop pads which are like $30 at autozone, solved the issue but still very pricey. Dont know if I will be back due to pricing.

I took my car to Milelli's today for an evaluation and was very impressed with the service I received. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a breakdown of what was needed right away and what could wait. They were very fair with their pricing and were honest about what needed to happen to keep my car safe. It is so refreshing, after dealing with the big chain repair shops, to have someone talk honestly with me and not try to upsell unnecessary services. I will be using Milelli's Auto Service for all my automotive needs from now on. Thank you Milelli's!

I had a great experience with Milelli's Auto Service & Towing. They worked on my 2006 Honda and performed a valve readjustment along with an oil change. The staff was honest, trustworthy, and very professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, the work was done right, and they returned my car exactly when they promised. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

Brian and his team are amazing! I brought my Infiniti in to get a few things check based on the dealers inspection. Brian and his team were honest and transparent. They check out everything and recommended a few services for the future, but let me know most of the dealers recommendations were unnecessary. It is hard to find people like them in business anymore. I will be returning there for all my future car needs!

Milelli’s Auto Repair has been and continues to be the best automotive service provider we have come across in the Morristown area. This past Wednesday, I was on my way home from work. At the intersection of Early St, turning right onto Mills St, a large paver stone bordering the sidewalk was missing, creating a very prominent and sharp obstruction. The car ahead was waiting to turn left, so I tried to carefully clear the turn, but did not see the exposed stone on the right side. Immediately, with a loud bang, my rear right tire blew, and the pressure dropped from 38psi to 10psi. What a way to experience this kind of damage for the first time. Since it was close to 6pm, most places were closing, so I called Milelli’s for a next day appointment. The car is a 2024 Kia EV6 AWD, all-electric with special tires, so I was worried that I might have to wait until next week to have the car back up and running. Thanks to OP Towing, and Milelli’s team (Brian and Steve), the entire process was local, calming, and professional. From having the car properly towed onto the flatbed at 9am, to having the tire ordered, delivered, installed, balanced, and squared away at 4pm, I was so grateful a
